Our Story Begins

Our story begins in Central Australia in April 2020 during the height of Covid-19. Our founder, Melissa Cole was looking for an antibacterial handwash that wouldn’t dry or irritate the skin. As a teacher in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), Melissa participated in learning on country lessons, because of this she was aware that many of the native plants in the Central Australian region had antiseptic and healing qualities.

Melissa believed that other consumers were looking for an Australian made, biodegradable range with native plant extracts too. From there, Yaye was born.

Yaye is a 100% Australian made, 100% indigenous owned bath and beauty range that soothes and protects the skin.

Yaye has 3 signature ranges, each with their own bush medicine extract and fragrance. The scents have been carefully matched to evoke the smells and textures of the unique Central Australia landscape.

Products include body wash, hand wash, bubble bath, body scrub, body butter and bath crystals.

From Yaye’s nourishing body butter to their rejuvenating body scrub, Yaye’s products are designed to leave you feeling beautiful and confident, while also being kind to your skin and the environment.

Yaye are committed to making luxury bath and beauty products that are as sustainable as possible, always looking for new ways to reduce their impact on the environment. Yaye use eco-friendly packaging materials, and they are constantly researching new ways to reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint.

So, whether you're looking for a luxurious soak in the tub or a rejuvenating skincare routine, Yaye’s bath and beauty products have got you covered. They are passionate about helping people to feel beautiful and confident.
